History and Culture
In medieval times, Santa Susana belonged to the neighbouring Castillo de Palafols, and only in 1842 did it become a town in its own right.

Its narrow cobbled streets still retain a medieval charm, lined with ancient buildings and monuments, each with a story to tell.

The local area is known for its agricultural industry and Santa Susana is home to fruit and vegetable farms, most of which are grown organically and sold locally
